11/22/2022 - The SUVI L1b products from GOES-18 are publicly available as of November 22, 2022. Data from August 01, 2022 to present are at the "Provisional Validation" level. These data should not be used scientifically without first examining the README files available through NCEI.
07-30-2018 While the GOES-16 L1b SUVI data have reached provisional validation, please keep in mind that these products have not been fully validated. FITS versions of the netCDF data available in CLASS are available through the NCEI GOES-R Space Weather site. For questions first check the FAQ, otherwise please contact goesr.suvi@noaa.gov. 05-09-2018 The GOES-R Peer/Stakeholder Product Validation Review (PS-PVR) Panel has declared GOES-R SUVI L1b Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) imagery data products at Provisional Maturity. With this declaration, CLASS is given direction to release these products back to Beta Maturity. For details of Beta Maturity please refer to the Beta Maturity README, and for details of Provisional SUVI please refer to the Provisional Maturity README.
