  1. This identifies the date ranges available in the DW.
  2. Access to the reporting described later in Ingest/Archive Metrics.
  3. Access to the reporting described later in Dissemination Metrics for line item details.
  4. Access to the reporting described later in Dissemination Metrics for order header informations.

Ingest/Archive Metrics

Reporting provides the number and corresponding volume of datasets successfully ingested/archived datasets for each satatype family for a given time period by CLASS node.

Select a beginning and ending date for the search.

Select the date summarization level; data will be aggregated at either the day, month or year when a date is displayed on a report.visual of what the screen will show.

Select the metric process indicating the Ingest activity to report on; eithe Ingest or Archive.

Select a datatype family to report on; multiple families may be included.

Volume by CLASS Node - summarizes the number and volume of successfully ingested or archived datasets across the associated CLASS node.
example

Volume by Date - summarizes the number and volume across activity date (format based on selected date summarization level).
example

Volume by Datatype - summarizes the number of datasets across datatype. A percentage of the number of datasets per datatype versus all datasets.
example

Dissemination Metrics

Reporting provides the number and cooresponding volume of orders successfully placed for each datatype family for a given time period (day, month, year) by CLASS node, order type, and delivery method.

Two categories are defined: order header and line item details.

Header detail provides total number of orders and line items.

Select a beginning and ending date for the search.

Select the date summarization level

Select the CLASS node where orders were submitted.

Select one or more order types. Bulk, NEAAT, NES, Online, and Subscriptions.

Select one or both delivery methods are FTP Push or FTP Pull.

example

Delivery Statistic by Order - summarizes the total number of bulk orders and regular orders submitted for the given activity site, order type, and date. It also shows the number of line items submitted per order as well as the number of line items staged or made available through the system.
example

exampleLine item detail provides total number and volume asociated with line items. This detail can be further aggregated across datatypes and process stages.

First six(6) presented selction criteria options are the same as those presented for order header.

Select any CLASS node responsible for disseminating the line items.

Select a processing stage. This represents the different transitions that take place during the life of an order. When an order is placed, its associated line items are considered submitted. Once a line item is made available to the user by the system, the line is considered staged. When the line item files are successfully retrieved by the user, the line is considered delivered.

Volume by CLASS Node - summarizes the number and volume of successfully submitted line items across CLASS node based on selected process stage, i.e., submitted , staged, delivered.
example

Volume by Date - summarizes the number and volume of line items for each CLASS node across date based on selected process stage (date format based on selected date summarization level).
